Managing your email
This document will help you create filters to help sort your incoming email into sub-folders which should make it more manageable.
In Outlook, on the menu bar go to Tools/Inbox assistant.
You will see a window similar to this one:

You want to click Add RuleÉ
TheEdit Rule dialog on the next page will appear:

Use the choices in When a message arrives that meets the following condition to tell Outlook what to filter. In this example, any email from Brandon McInnis will be filtered.
Use the choices in Perform these actions to tell Outlook what to do with the filtered email. In this example, we want to move any email meeting our criteria to the Deleted Items folder.
Click OK then OK and you are done.
Tips: Make rules using Sent ToÉ to help filter groups you belong to. Use Move ToÉ and create a new folder for these items. For example, if you belong to Mac Users, select Sent ToÉ Mac Users and then check Move to and create a Folder.. called Mac Users.
